Men's luxury retailer 4Gseller opens second SoHo location

New York City men's fashion retailer 4Gseller has just opened its second SoHo location.

Owned by Vincent Ferraro, 4Gseller sells vintage T-shirts and high-end vintage brand Chrome Hearts inventory, among other things. Prices range from $300 to $50,000.

The company's first SoHo showroom, located at 151 Spring St., is in a 2,000square-foot space on the second floor and is appointment-only.

Its latest showroom is in a 925-square-foot, ground-floor space, located at 107 Sullivan St. The lease is for five years and asking rent was $160 per square foot.

Douglas Elliman’s Neal Klotsman represented 4Gseller on the deal in a neighborhood he calls "the epicenter of fashion."

The new store is “an access point for the general consumer because at the other one, you can’t just walk in — it's appointment-only, and they are very specific over who is allowed an appointment,” Klotsman told the New York Business Journal. “The appointments are generally reserved for athletes, actors, actresses, musicians, etcetera.”

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., the landlord, was represented inhouse by Senior Vice President of Retail Joshua Roth.

“Luxury resale has exploded in popularity over the past several years, and Vincent has certainly cornered the market for menswear,” Roth said in a statement.

The new 4Gseller showroom has three employees. It is open Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
