Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. Welcomes Organic by John Patrick to Bridgehampton

Sustainable Clothing Line to Operate 228 SF Boutique on Main Street in Bridgehampton

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., one of New York’s leading real estate organizations, is pleased to announce a new long-term lease with Organic by John Patrick to house a 228 square-foot boutique shop for its signature label at 2454 Main Street in Bridgehampton.

The clothing line, which was launched by Patrick in 2004 and is known internationally for its focus on sustainable practices, is slated to open May 2021.

At the intersection of beauty and ethics, Organic by John Patrick, is currently sold in boutiques around the world and is defined by its prioritization of organic materials, fair labor practices and ecological awareness throughout its supply chain. Created with the aim of answering, “Is sustainability a possibility?” in the resounding affirmative, Organic utilizes simple utilitarian shapes and honest fabrics to create a fresh look.

“We’re pleased to bring an outpost of John Patrick’s Organic to all of the residents and visitors of Bridgehampton,” said Joshua Roth, Senior Vice President of Retail at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. “John Patrick has been at the forefront of the sustainable fashion movement since the early 2000s, and we know that his eco-friendly designs will be extremely popular throughout the Bridgehampton community.”

Manhattan Skyline continues to build on its recent retail success in the Hamptons, having signed several long-term leases in Sag Harbor over the past few months. Recent deals include Obligato’s second Hamptons storefront at 11B Washington Street and a long term lease extension with Goldberg’s Famous Bagels at 111 Main Street. In East Hampton, contemporary art dealer J. Mackey Gallery signed a 1,010-sqaure-foot lease in March.

Occupying a prime spot on Bridgehampton’s Main Street, Organic by John Patrick will be located alongside neighboring tenants including Gloria Jewel, Starbucks, Helen Ficalora, Julian Beck Fine Paintings, Sotheby’s International Realty, J. McLaughlin, Comerford Collection, Coastal Home Design, Complements, Hamptons Boutique Medicine, Pierre’s Restaurant and Juice Press.

Roth handled the deal for Manhattan Skyline, and the tenant was represented by Joseph Aquino of JAACRES.
