Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. Welcomes Golden Goose To 33 Newtown Lane
Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., one of New York City's leading real estate organizations, has signed a lease with Golden Goose Deluxe Brand,a trendy Italian sneaker retailer, on their newest store location at 33 Newtown Lane in East Hampton. The fast-growing and popular retailer is expected to open later on this summer. The store will feature 2,000-square-feet of ground floor space and 21-feet of frontage on Newtown Lane.

Golden Goose’s newest neighboring tenants include Scoop Du Jour, Orlebar Brown, Zimmermann, Club Monaco, James Perse, John Varvatos, Theory, Tory Burch, Oliver Peoples, Brunello Cucinelli, Eileen Fisher, Henry Lehr, Eli Tahari, Oro Gold and Aerin.
Golden Goose’s reputation as a trend-setting seller of hip sneakers has driven its rapid global expansion. The retailer operates two stores in Manhattan already. The 33 Newtown location will become its first retail location in the Hamptons.
Manhattan Skyline Management, the landlord, was represented on the leasing transaction by Joshua Roth. The tenant was represented by Dan Harroch of Thor Retail Advisors.
