Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. welcomes Fitness Lounge to 291 Third Ave. - 3,500 s/f

According to Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., Fitness Lounge Gramercy has opened a new studio at 291 Third Ave. in the Gramercy neighborhood. As part of a new long-term lease with Manhattan Skyline, Fitness Lounge began operating out of an 3,500 s/f street-level location featuring 30 ft. of frontage along Third Ave. between East 22nd and East 23rd St. The Gramercy studio marks the fourth Fitness Lounge location currently operating in New York City.

Founded in 2018, Fitness Lounge is a members club and boutique fitness studio that provides a premium environment for both personal training and open gym use. Fitness Lounge brings together a community of independent professionals – including personal trainers, physical therapists, yoga instructors, Pilates instructors, and other specialists – to provide personalized coaching and instruction. In addition to tailored training services, the studio offers a limited number of open gym memberships.

291 Third Ave. is located in close proximity to the 6, R and W subway lines and several newly developed residential buildings that have added more than 500 apartments to the neighborhood. Neighboring retailers include Starbucks, Think Coffee, Bluebell Café, and Ampersand. The building is also near a branch of the New York Public Library and the School of Visual Arts.
