Full Service Organic Dry Cleaner Opts to Stay in Coveted TriBeCa Neighborhood

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., one of New York City's leading real estate organizations, is pleased to announce that full service dry cleaner, Broadway Cleaners, has signed a direct lease at The Saranac at 344 Broadway in TriBeCa. The store had previously been subleased from another tenant.

The TriBeCa neighborhood, known for its cobblestone streets and hip boutiques, is a perfect location for beloved local businesses. Broadway Cleaners, which has served residents for years, is a prime example. 

Offering organic dry cleaning, hand pressing, and wash-and-fold laundry, Broadway Cleaners is a full service one-stop-shop for all clothing needs. Pick-up and delivery and same-day service make them the go-to choice for customers. 

The lease, 933-square feet of ground-floor space with 18 feet of frontage on Broadway, is a long- term direct lease. There is additional retail space available within 344 Broadway. Roth handled the deal for the landlord in-house. There was no broker on the tenant side.
