Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. Inks 2,000 SF Lease with Ryland Life Equipment in Sag Harbor

Popular Men’s Clothing and Accessory Brand Relocating to Manhattan Skyline’s 155 Main Street

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., one of New York’s leading real estate organizations, is pleased to announce a new long-term lease with popular luxury men’s lifestyle brand Ryland Life Equipment at 155 Main Street in Sag Harbor.

The neighborhood fixture is relocating to 155 Main Street from its former storefront around the corner at 26 Madison Street. Ryland Life Equipment will occupy a total of 2,159 square feet of space across the ground floor and lower level of the property. Opening is expected in June.

Ryland Life Equipment is a curated lifestyle brand offering everything a man needs to be comfortable and confident in any situation including contemporary casual apparel, shoes, accessories and homewares. The shop also features pop-up art installations and an evening invitation-only salon speaker series.

“We’re thrilled to be able to accommodate Ryland’s expanding space needs in the same neighborhood where they’ve already built a solid reputation and loyal following,” said Joshua Roth, Senior Vice President of Retail at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. “The brand’s decision to remain in Sag Harbor is a strong testament to the area’s continued attractiveness and the discerning tastes of its residents and visitors.”

Sag Harbor remains one of the most picturesque locations in the Hamptons, with its original historic architecture intact, close proximity to the Peconic Bay and beaches, yachts and a ferry to idyllic Shelter Island. This new agreement is a further acceleration of Manhattan Skyline’s recent retail leasing momentum in Sag Harbor. Earlier in the spring, Obligato opened a second Hamptons storefront at 11B Washington Street, and Manhattan Skyline finalized a long-term lease extension with Goldberg’s Famous Bagels at 111 Main Street.

“We look forward to opening our exciting new space this summer and growing the brand’s reach in the community that has supported us since we opened in 2019,” said Ryland Hilbert. “Sag Harbor is the village we love and we’re thrilled to be able to expand into an amazing, historic building where we will continue supporting talented, diverse designers and creating memorable brand experiences.”

Ryland will join neighboring shops, eateries and hospitality options including Sunny, Wildside, Goldberg’s Famous Bagels, Sag Harbor Books, Satori, Buddha Berry Frozen Yogurt, Lulu Kitchen and Bar, Henry Lehr, Page Restaurant, American Hotel, LT Burger, Faherty, Sen, Schiavoni’s Market, Onda Beauty, Flying Point Surf Boutique, Black Swan Antiques, LoveShackFancy, Il Capuccino, Joey Wolffer, Apple Bank and Fisher’s Home Furnishings.
