Manhattan Skyline Names Chris Dell'Armo as Vice President of Sales, Leasing and Marketing

Manhattan Skyline Management Hires New VP

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. has selected Chris Dell’Armo as its newest vice president of sales, leasing and marketing. He will oversee these efforts for the company’s 2,500-apartment New York City portfolio.

“We had a wonderful experience working with Chris in the past on sales at one of our new development projects, Love Lane Mews, and we’re thrilled for the opportunity to have him come work for us in house,” said Laurie Zucker, Vice Chairwoman at Manhattan Skyline. “Chris is a savvy and creative marketer and an asset to any sales or leasing team. He will be terrific in this leadership position and a great fit for our company.”

Dell’Armo began his career at a boutique firm in Chelsea, selling everything from vacant land and large industrial complexes to residential co-ops and condos before moving into new development marketing. In addition to Manhattan Skyline, he has worked with a number of the city’s top developers including RAL, Extell and World Wide Group, and has been an integral part of the leasing or sales teams for several high profile new development projects including The Ashley, The Aldyn, Loft 25 and Love Lane Mews.

With an extensive background in marketing, Dell’Armo also worked previously with Stribling Marketing Associates, Extell Marketing Group and the former CHMG.
