Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. Brings Two New Retail Stores to Sag Harbor

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., has signed two new, long-term lease agreements for retail spaces on Main Street in the Suffolk County village of Sag Harbor, NY. Sunny, a lifestyle store by East End resident Megan Chiarello, and WildSide, a luxury resort-wear boutique owned by Thierry de Badereau, will soon occupy the storefronts located at 83-85 Main St.

Sunny will occupy approximately 700 square feet of ground floor space, while WildSide will occupy roughly 550 square feet. The new location marks WildSide’s fourth store overall, and its first in the continental U.S.

“Sag Harbor is a special place and its Main Street retail scene is strong and successful because of its local flavor, which like the community itself, maintains its vibrancy year-round,” said Joshua Roth, VP retail leasing for Manhattan Skyline Management, who represented the landlord on both transactions. The village is located partly in East Hampton and partly in Southampton.
