Daniel Lederman is the Managing Director of Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., where he leads a portfolio of several thousand luxury apartments in New York City’s most sought-after neighborhoods. As a third-generation executive, Lederman focuses on portfolio-wide strategy and operational scaling. He recently directed a strategic overhaul program to modernize building systems and amenities, such as fitness centers and hallways, in response to evolving renter expectations. Skyline became an early adopter of branded concierge services through its "Sky’s the Limit" program. In a difficult capital markets environment, Lederman successfully led multiple refinancings, including five loans totaling $71 million with Chase and a $55 million mortgage for The Murray Hill. He also oversees the maintenance and long-term planning for two golf courses on Long Island. Lederman is deeply engaged in philanthropy, serving as vice-chair of UJA’s REX Steering Committee.
