Manhattan Skyline Management Partners with Jetty to Help Renters Meet Move-In Requirements

One of the city's most prominent real estate developers and owners - Manhattan Skyline Management - has announced a partnership with Jetty, the financial services company that

designs products and solutions to create speed, savings, security and a great online consumer experience for renters entering into a new lease agreement. Manhattan Skyline's portfolio includes buildings all throughout Manhattan including West River House on Riverside Drive, Saranac in Tribeca and Murray Hill Manor at 166 East 34th Street. New residents moving within Manhattan Skyline’s residential portfolio of several thousand luxury apartments in New York City, will now have access to Jetty’s three unique products – Jetty Passport Lease, Jetty Renters Insurance, and Jetty Passport Deposit – enabling them to meet the requirements of finding a lease guarantor, obtaining renters insurance, and posting an additional security deposit when needed, all with the ease and convenience.

Manhattan Skyline has identified Jetty as their preferred partner for renter’s insurance, which protects your home, belongings, valuables and more, and for lease guarantees. While Manhattan Skyline requires one month’s security on all leases, the company is using Jetty Passport Deposit when additional security is needed, allowing for a one-time, non-refundable fee (paid to Jetty) which amounts to a fraction of the additional deposit cost.

"Jetty is a fantastic new partner for us, and we’re so happy to be introducing their products and services throughout our portfolio,” Laurie Zucker, Vice Chairwoman at Manhattan Skyline
