Manhattan Skyline Management & Compass Host Open House & Art Show At A One-Of-A-Kind SoHo Townhouse, 55 Sullivan Street

At 55 Sullivan Street, a sprawling three-story townhouse in the heart of SoHo, real estate brokers and art enthusiasts gathered for a special open house and art show hosted by Manhattan Skyline Management Corp.and The Halpern Team of Compass. Original artwork by artist Egon Zippel was on view for the evening throughout the beautiful living spaces.
Guests were treated to a tour of the private townhouse, which touts its own private entrance on Sullivan Street, and is also connected to 55 Thompson Street – a full-service, luxury rental building, where the townhouse residents have access to all of the building’s amenities including a doorman, concierge and fitness facilities.
